2006 Georgia Code - 31-27-10

31-27-10. This chapter shall not apply to: (1) Any mass gathering which is to be held in any regularly established permanent place of worship, athletic field, auditorium, coliseum, or other similar permanently established building within the maximum seating capacity; (2) Fairs and similar industrial-agricultural exhibitions which have been in existence for at least five consecutive years prior to July 1, 1971; or (3) Religious gatherings that are held for no more than seven days.
