12-3-248. Notwithstanding any other provision of this part, the authority shall under no circumstances sell any real property on Jekyll Island on which a building or buildings were standing at the time the island was leased to the authority, without the express prior approval of the General Assembly to such sale or sales.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
