2006 Georgia Code - 12-10-22
12-10-22. Nothing contained in the Southern Growth Policies Agreement shall in any event be construed to terminate the participation of this state with any state which adopted the Southern Growth Policies Agreement prior to July 1, 1973, except that the provisions of Article XII (c) shall govern with respect to the continuance of states as parties thereto after December 31, 1973.Disclaimer: These codes may not be the most recent version.
