663.318   Reserve requirements.

663.318  Reserve requirements.--

(1)  An international development bank shall establish and maintain adequate loan loss reserves.

(2)  An international development bank organized under chapter 617 as a corporation not for profit shall not be required to establish or maintain any reserves with respect to its liabilities.

(3)  An international development bank organized under chapter 607 as a corporation for profit shall be subject to the provisions of s. 658.68, relating to liquidity reserves, in the same manner and to the same extent as a state bank, except that the amounts of such reserves required to be maintained by an international development bank shall be those specified in Regulation D of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
