Chapter 658 BANKS AND TRUST COMPANIES  
658.94   Prima facie evidence.

658.94  Prima facie evidence.--The general ledger, list of claimants, examiner's final report made at the time of the failure of the bank or trust company, and such other records of the department's office relating to any closed bank or trust company, or any duly authenticated copy thereof, shall be prima facie evidence of the subject matter therein set forth.
