§§ 3101-3107. Wilfully or maliciously starting fires; carelessly starting fires; penalty; setting fire to woodland; unseasonable marsh burning; penalty; failure to assist when called upon to fight fire; penalty; obstructing person in performance of duty; penalty; liability to State for expenses of fighting fire; jurisdiction of offenses.

Repealed by 72 Del. Laws, c. 235, § 1, effective July 29, 1999.
