Chapter 591 - Corporations Without Capital Stock (Conditionally Repealed)

• Section 33-145 to 33-156 - Sections 33-145 to 33-156, inclusive, are repealed, provided the repeal of a prior act by this section shall not affect any right accrued or established, or any liability or penalty incurred, under the provisions of such act prior to the repeal thereof.
• Section 33-156a and 33-156b - Sections 33-156a and 33-156b are repealed, provided the repeal of either of said sections shall not affect any right accrued or established, or any liability or penalty incurred, under the provisions of such section prior to the repeal thereof.
