Sec. 6-32e. Employment of criminal offenders, excepted. Sections 46a-79 to 46a-81, inclusive, shall not be applicable to the prisoner transportation and courthouse security system, provided nothing herein shall be construed to preclude the prisoner transportation and courthouse security system from adopting the policy set forth in said sections.(P.A. 80-394, S. 4, 13; P.A. 01-195, S. 10, 181.)
