Sec. 54-102ee. Department contract option for testing of tuberculosis. The Department of Correction may enter into a contract agreement with an appropriate health care provider to manage the responsibilities as it relates to testing, screening or treatment of inmates for tuberculosis.(P.A. 02-63, S. 5.)
