Chapter 946 Offenses Against Public Policy
Sec. 53-321. Sale of thistle seed in grass seed.

      Sec. 53-321. Sale of thistle seed in grass seed. Any person who vends any grass seed, in which he knows there is any seed of the Canada thistle, shall be fined not more than ten dollars.
