Sec. 46b-167. (Formerly Sec. 52-437). Evidence of putative father's good character admissible.

      Sec. 46b-167. (Formerly Sec. 52-437). Evidence of putative father's good character admissible. Evidence of the good character of the accused for morality and decency, prior to the alleged commission of the offense, shall be admissible in his favor in paternity proceedings, and may be rebutted by evidence showing a contrary character at such time.
