Sec. 26-286. Taking oysters from the inland waters of East Lyme and Waterford. Any person who takes any oysters from the inland waters of the towns of East Lyme and Waterford above the demarcation line during the months of June, July and August shall be fined not less than seven dollars nor more than twenty dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days or be both fined and imprisoned.(1949 Rev., S. 5090.)
