Sec. 26-71. Penalty.
Sec. 26-71. Penalty. Any person who violates any provision of sections 26-65 to 26-70, inclusive, or any regulation issued by the commissioner pursuant thereto shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars or be imprisoned not more than sixty days or both.(1955, S. 2482d; 1971, P.A. 872, S. 266.)
History: 1971 act substituted reference to environmental protection commissioner for reference to board of fisheries and game.
