Sec. 26-29a. Free lifetime fishing licenses for persons with mental retardation.

      Sec. 26-29a. Free lifetime fishing licenses for persons with mental retardation. No fee shall be charged for any sport fishing license issued under this chapter to any person with mental retardation, and such license shall be a lifetime license not subject to the expiration provisions of section 26-35. Proof of mental retardation shall consist of a certificate to that effect issued by any person licensed to practice medicine and surgery in this state.
