Sec. 26-25b. Disclosure of stocking schedules. Notwithstanding any provision of section 1-210 to the contrary, any schedule describing the date and location of the stocking or release of any fish or animal into the wild shall not be disclosed to the public until after such stocking or release has taken place unless the Commissioner of Environmental Protection deems such disclosure to be in the best interest of proper fish or wildlife management.(P.A. 90-166, S. 3, 5.)
