Sec. 26-170. Use of seine in Norwalk Harbor. No person shall draw a seine with a mesh less than one and one-half inches square in the water known as Norwalk Harbor or in any waters adjacent to said harbor northerly of a line drawn from Sprite Island to a point opposite the mouth of Five Mile River.(1949 Rev., S. 4983.)
