Sec. 25-38. Carcass of animal in water supply.

      Sec. 25-38. Carcass of animal in water supply. Any person who puts or leaves a dead animal or carcass in a pond, spring or reservoir, the water of which is conveyed to any building, or who wilfully puts and leaves in any of the waters of this state a dead animal, shall be fined not more than fifty dollars or imprisoned not more than thirty days.
