Sec. 19a-289u. Uniformity of application and construction of act. In applying and construing the provisions of the Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to the subject matter among states that enact said uniform act.(P.A. 10-123, S. 22.)
