Sec. 18-81u. Use of computer with Internet access by certain inmates prohibited. The Commissioner of Correction shall prohibit any person who has been convicted of a crime that requires registration pursuant to chapter 969 from using a computer with Internet access while such person is in the custody of the commissioner and confined in a correctional facility.(P.A. 04-139, S. 13; 04-257, S. 126.)
History: P.A. 04-139 effective May 21, 2004; P.A. 04-257 replaced prohibition of "having access to a computer" with "using a computer with Internet access", effective June 14, 2004.
