Sec. 18-76. (Formerly Sec. 17-392). Supplementary penalty not to be imposed. When a person is sentenced to the John R. Manson Youth Institution, Cheshire, for an offense for which a fine is provided by law as a supplementary penalty, the trial court shall impose no such supplementary penalty.(1949 Rev., S. 2775; P.A. 86-186, S. 14.)
History: Sec. 17-392 transferred to Sec. 18-76 in 1968; P.A. 86-186 changed the name of the Connecticut Correctional Institution, Cheshire to the John R. Manson Youth Institution, Cheshire.
