Sec. 17a-177. (Formerly Sec. 17-81c). Financial responsibility for children. Enforcement. Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V thereof in the first instance. In the event of partial or complete default of performance thereunder, any and all provisions for enforcing responsibility for support of children in this state may also be invoked.(1967, P.A. 178, S. 3.)
