Sec. 17a-107. (Formerly Sec. 17-38g). Regulations on reports of child abuse. On or before February 1, 1987, the Commissioner of Youth Services shall adopt such regulations, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54, as are necessary to carry out the provisions of subsection (e) of section 17a-101.(P.A. 86-337, S. 11.)
