Sec. 45a-236. (Formerly Sec. 45-100g). Short title: Fiduciary Powers Act.
Sec. 45a-236. (Formerly Sec. 45-100g). Short title: Fiduciary Powers Act. Sections 45a-233 to 45a-236, inclusive, shall be known as the "Fiduciary Powers Act". Any
unqualified reference thereto by name or words of similar import shall be deemed to
include all the powers listed in section 45a-234, at the time of signing the will or trust
instrument, but none of the additional powers listed in section 45a-235.(1969, P.A. 827, S. 4; P.A. 80-476, S. 207.)
