Sec. 33-1025. Incorporators.
Sec. 33-1025. Incorporators. One or more persons may act as the incorporator or
incorporators of a corporation by delivering a certificate of incorporation to the Secretary
of the State for filing.(P.A. 96-256, S. 19, 209.)
