Chapter 598 Religious Corporations And Societies
Sec. 33-264i. Dissolution of ecclesiastical society.
Sec. 33-264i. Dissolution of ecclesiastical society. Any ecclesiastical society
within the meaning of section 33-264g, which votes under the provisions of section 33-264h to transfer and convey to a duly organized religious society or religious corporation
all its property and estate and the trust funds held by it, may after notice, at the same or
a subsequent meeting of such ecclesiastical society, by a two-thirds vote of its members
present, vote to dissolve its organization. If any such ecclesiastical society so votes,
it shall be dissolved upon making proper conveyance of its property as provided by
