Sec. 33-214. Interest in other corporations. Any such corporation may organize,
control or own stock in any other corporation engaged in treating, dealing with, handling,
manufacturing, marketing or selling the agricultural products handled by such corporation or the by-products thereof.(1949 Rev., S. 5323.)
