Sec. 21a-76. (Formerly Sec. 19-210f). Exceptions. The provisions of sections
21a-73 to 21a-77, inclusive, shall not apply to any owner-operated single retail store or
to any store occupying a total retail sales area of not more than three thousand five
hundred square feet.(1971, P.A. 856, S. 6; P.A. 84-250, S. 1, 2.)
History: Sec. 19-210f transferred to Sec. 21a-76 in 1983; P.A. 84-250 excluded stores occupying a retail sales area of not more than 3,500 square feet from the requirements of unit pricing.
