- Secs. 20-17 to 20-23. Licensure; qualifications for examination. Examination; qualifications to practice without examination. Permit for participation in intern or resident osteopathic physician program. Professional liability insurance required, when; amount of insurance; reporting requirements. List of approved colleges, schools and institutions. Grounds for disciplinary action. Osteopathy defined; osteopath authorized to practice medicine and surgery. Reports and certificates pertaining to public health. Penalty.
