2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 7-323m. Exceptions, voluntary cooperation.

      Sec. 7-323m. Exceptions, voluntary cooperation. This part shall not apply to any municipality which employs fewer than six paid firefighters or to any volunteer fire department or its employees or members. Any such municipality or volunteer fire department may elect to cooperate with the commission with regard to any provision of this part.
