Sec. 52-489. Issue of writ of ne exeat. The superior court for any judicial district,
and, when such court is not in session, any judge thereof, may grant and enforce writs
of ne exeat, according to the course of the common law.
History: P.A. 78-280 substituted "judicial district" for "county".
