Sec. 52-488. Mandamus against corporation to repair highway. Any town may
apply for a writ of mandamus against any corporation bound to restore or repair any
highway or bridge situated in whole or in part within the town if the corporation has
neglected or refused to restore or repair the highway or bridge for thirty days after being
notified to do so by the selectmen of the town.
