Sec. 52-340. Subrogation of factorizing creditor. In actions by foreign attachment, the plaintiff shall be entitled to all the security which his debtor had for the debt
or property attached.
Equity will allow the creditor to maintain a bill for a disclosure and account, if necessary. 32 C. 240.
