Sec. 26-315. Elephant ivory. If the Commissioner of Environmental Protection
determines that trade in Connecticut of raw elephant ivory or products manufactured
or derived from elephant ivory contributes to the extinction or endangerment of elephants, he shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 to
regulate such trade.
