Sec. 19a-127m. Implementation of performance improvement plans by hospitals. Submission of plans to department as condition of licensure. All hospitals,
licensed pursuant to provisions of the general statutes, shall be required to implement
performance improvement plans. Such plans shall be submitted on or before June 30,
2003, and annually thereafter by each hospital to the Department of Public Health as a
condition of licensure.
