2005 Connecticut Code - Sec. 19a-121. AIDS: Grant program.

      Sec. 19a-121. AIDS: Grant program. (a) The Department of Public Health shall establish a grant program to provide funds to private agencies which provide services to persons suffering from acquired immune deficiency syndrome ("AIDS") and the families of such persons. The grants shall be used for services including, but not limited to, education, counseling and prevention.

      (b) Any agency which receives funds from the department to provide tests for AIDS shall give priority to persons in high risk categories and shall establish a fee schedule based upon a person's ability to pay for such test.
