      Sec. 17b-342b. Waiver application re pilot program to provide personal care assistance under the home-care program for the elderly. The Commissioner of Social Services, pursuant to section 17b-342, shall apply to the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services for a waiver to include in the Medicaid funded home-care program the pilot program established in section 17b-342a. In no event shall the number of pilot program participants exceed one hundred persons.
