Sec. 14-296. General penalty. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided or is not designated an infraction shall be
fined not more than fifty dollars.
History: 1971 act reduced fine from one hundred to fifty dollar maximum; P.A. 75-577 made fine applicable to violations which are not designated as infractions.
