Article 6. Filing Of Licenses And Orders With County Recorder

SECTION 1650-1651



1650.  A true copy of each license issued or of each order modifying
or changing a license shall within 30 days after issuance thereof be
recorded by the board in the office of the recorder of the county in
which the point of diversion specified in the license lies or in
case there are points of diversion lying in more than one county then
in each of those counties in which a point of diversion lies and in
case the place or places of use specified in the license are in
different counties than the point or points of diversion also in the
county or counties in which the place or places of use lie.



1651.  Whenever an order revoking a license in whole or in part
becomes final a true copy of the order shall be recorded promptly by
the board in the office or offices in which a copy of the license
affected is recorded.
