Article 4. Transferring Lands From One District To Another

PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE
SECTION 9635 



9635.  One district may transfer land within its boundaries to a
district contiguous thereto in accordance with the provisions of the
District Reorganization Act of 1965, Division 1 (commencing with
Section 56000) of Title 6 of the Government Code.
