SECTION 73000-73001


73000.  Chapter 671 of the Statutes of 1911 is repealed.

73001.  The repeal effected by this part shall not be construed to
deprive any district or person or any other entity of any substantial
right which would have existed or hereafter exists had such repeal
not been effected.
