SECTION 55990-55991


55990.  Chapter 370 of the Statutes of 1913 is hereby repealed.

55991.  The repeal effected by this part shall not be construed to
deprive any district or any person or other entity of any substantial
right which would have existed or hereafter exists had such repeal
not be effected.
