2009 California Water Code - Section 42301 :: Article 1. Investigation By The Board

WATER CODE
SECTION 42301 

42301.  If the board recommends that the project be abandoned, the
board may call a special election to be held in the district for the
purpose of determining whether the recommendation of the board shall
be adopted or rejected.
