SECTION 1230

1230.  Where notice of hearing is required to be posted as provided
in this section:
   (a) At least 15 days before the time set for the hearing, the
court clerk shall cause a notice of the time and place of the hearing
to be posted at the courthouse of the county where the proceedings
are pending. If court is held at a place other than the county seat,
the notice may be posted either at the courthouse of the county where
the proceedings are pending or at the building where the court is
held.
   (b) The posted notice of hearing shall state all of the following:
   (1) The name of the estate.
   (2) The name of the petitioner.
   (3) The nature of the petition, referring to the petition for
further particulars.
   (4) The time and place of the hearing of the petition.
