2009 California Food and Agricultural Code - Section 64282 :: Article 9. Additional Financial Provisions

FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 64282 

64282.  The Dairy Council and the director shall prepare or revise
the annual budget provided for by this chapter, for each fiscal year
during which a more extensive campaign of research, advertising,
publicity and education is authorized by producers, handlers, and
producer-handlers of market milk for class 1 use, to provide for the
more extensive campaign during that year.
