FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 59051-59052

59051.  The director may make minor amendments to any marketing
order upon the recommendation of not less than 75 percent of the
producer members or handler members of the advisory board, or not
less than 75 percent of each group if both are represented upon the
advisory board.

59052.  The director may require a public hearing upon minor
amendments if in his opinion the substance of such minor amendments
so warrant. The director is not, however, required to submit minor
amendments for written assents or referendum approval.
