FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 4301

4301.  It is unlawful for any person to sell or engage in the sale,
upon any property of an association, of any ticket of admission or
any other evidence of the right of entry to a stadium or an arena,
pavilion, or other building which is for holding sports arena events,
athletic contests, contests of skill, exhibition spectacles, and
other public meetings, places of amusement, or entertainment,
contests or performances at any premium or price which is in excess
of such maximum price that is printed or indorsed upon it, plus
lawful taxes, unless he has first procured a written permit which is
issued by such association.
