2009 California Food and Agricultural Code - Section 39811-39812 :: Article 12. Uht Milk Drink Mix

FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 39811-39812 

39811.  UHT milk drink mix is a market milk product which has been
processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701.

39812.  UHT milk drink mix shall contain not less than 12 percent
total milk solids, not less than 4 percent butterfat, and not more
than one-half of 1 percent pure and harmless edible stabilizer by
weight. It may contain sweetening and harmless coloring and
flavoring.
