FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 34951-34952 

34951.  Unless the context otherwise requires, the definitions in
this article govern the construction of this chapter.

34952.  "Milk products plant license" means a license which is
issued by the director pursuant to Section 35015 for a milk products
plant.
