SECTION 26861-26862

26861.  Before being offered for either wholesale or retail sale,
any whole carcass of poultry meat to which a spoilage retardant
compound has been added shall be marked to indicate the retardant
which was used. Such marking shall be affixed to the whole carcass of
poultry meat or on the package in which it is offered for sale.

26862.  No whole carcass of poultry meat shall be sold unless it is
conspicuously and accurately marked in accordance with the
requirements of this chapter.
