FOOD AND AGRICULTURAL CODE
SECTION 26681

26681.  Any person that violates any provision of this chapter is
guilty of a misdemeanor. Upon conviction, such person shall be
punished by a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200), or by
imprisonment not exceeding six months in the county jail, or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
